ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Brumelle Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage changes, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing in Colorado (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
• Exceptional communication skills across all channels - written, verbal, and attentive listening.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities, ensuring swift resolutions for customer inquiries.
• Collaborative spirit, thriving in a dynamic team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel and CRM systems.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to accurately enter, update, and retrieve customer information in multiple systems.
• Ability to learn new software and technology quickly and follow established processes.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
