Licensed Mental Health Clinician (Outpatient – Erie County, NY) Join Harmonia as a Licensed Mental Health Clinician providing compassionate, evidence-based care in our outpatient clinics. What You’ll Do Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans Provide individual (and occasional family/group) therapy Use evidence-based approaches for anxiety, depression, trauma, and more Provide crisis intervention when needed Track progress and adjust care plans Work with prescribers, care managers, and clinical team Coordinate with community providers and referral sources Participate in supervision and team meetings Documentation & Compliance Manage schedule, caseload, and productivity Maintain compliance with OMH, Medicaid, and agency standards What You Bring Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field Clinical experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and engagement skills Full-time, some evenings, no weekends Clinic-based with telehealth flexibility Supportive, team-oriented environment Why Harmonia?
