Exciting Restaurant Manager Opportunity in Columbus, GA! Are you looking to join a growing local restaurant group with a reputation for great quality and success? We are seeking an experienced full-service Manager to join one of our upscale casual concepts and our growing team.
Restaurant Manager Requirements:

- Day-to-day operations for the front of the house with a focus on quality, consistency
- Places guest satisfaction as THE priority
- Strong Leader - Needs to uphold standards with the team and implement systems
- Ability to train, develop, and communicate effectively
- Problem Solver - can effectively lead the team, thinking positively and proactively to handle any obstacles and solve potential issues that may arise
- Experience - 3 or more years of relevant experience
- Passionate About the Industry - You must have an ownership mentality and manage employees while ensuring guests are always number one!
- Experience with Volume - Full-service experience managing at least $2.5 million in annual sales
- Must bring positive, high energy to the team and bring great ideas
