We're looking for a proven multi-unit restaurant leader to take ownership of three to four quick-service restaurants in Charlotte, North Carolina . You'll join a growing operator that is investing in new markets, strengthening acquired restaurants, and building its next generation of leaders.


This isn't a role where you'll manage from a spreadsheet. You'll be in the restaurants, developing General Managers, solving meaningful business challenges, and turning clear expectations into measurable results.

What You Can Earn

• $75,000-$90,000 base salary (DOE)
• Per month car and phone support
• Potential additional incentive tied to bonuses earned by the General Managers in your area
• Manager referral bonus
• Leadership development bonus
• Eligibility for discretionary spot bonuses
• Long-term recognition opportunity every seven years for qualifying leaders

The Results You'll Own


You'll coach and hold General Managers accountable for the people, operational, and financial performance of their restaurants.


Your focus will include:

• Growing sales and restaurant profitability
• Improving labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
• Strengthening guest satisfaction and speed of service
• Maintaining high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and execution
• Building staffing plans and a strong succession bench
• Turning restaurant P&Ls into clear, practical action plans
• Leading focused turnarounds in acquired or underperforming locations
• Supporting training, remodels, openings, and operational change

You May Be the Right Leader If...

• You currently lead-or have recently led-multiple quick-service restaurants
• You have successfully overseen at least three to four locations
• You understand the pace and operating demands of a high-volume QSR concept
• You can point to measurable improvements in sales, profit, labor, food cost, turnover, audits, or guest satisfaction
• You know how to read a P&L and coach General Managers to improve it
• You've helped turn around struggling restaurants or markets
• You lead from the field, communicate directly, and follow through
• You enjoy building structure and momentum in a changing, growth-focused environment
