Internal Communications Specialist

To support effective communication within the College of Architecture, Arts, and Design, the part-time Internal Communications Specialist will manage the production and distribution of faculty and staff newsletters, collaborate with stakeholders on content, and provide additional internal communications support in a remote or hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Manage the production and distribution of regular newsletters for faculty and staff using Adobe Campaign Gather, organize, write, edit, and distribute internal communications, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand standards Coordinate with contributors to obtain accurate information and maintain production schedules for newsletters and other communications Required qualifications Demonstrated experience managing newsletters or digital communications from content collection through production and distribution Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collaborative productivity tools such as Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities Experience coordinating communications projects, schedules, and deadlines Knowledge of email marketing or digital communications platforms Virtual Vocations Inc
