Job Summary:
Medical Surgical (MS) Nurse specializing in neuro and telemetry in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This 13-week contract position involves working on a 21-bed medical-surgical neuro unit, providing care for patients with neuromuscular disorders, stroke, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and post-surgical care. The role requires rotating shifts and is ideal for candidates with at least two years of experience in a similar setting.

Job Details:

• Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire
• Shift Hours: 12 hours per shift
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 48 hours
• Start Date: 07/20/2026
• Required Qualifications:
  • Certifications in BLS and ACLS
  • Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire
  • 2 years of experience in medical-surgical or neuro units
  • Experience with chest tubes, IV drips (such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, amiodarone), post-surgical lines and drains, tracheostomies, telemetry, complex wounds, central line care and blood draws
  • Ability to work rotating day/night shifts
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience
  • Trauma level experience and teaching hospital background
  • Willingness to undertake on-call responsibilities
• Additional Information:
  • Unit type: Medical-Surgical Neuro
  • Experience in a Level IV Epilepsy Center, primary stroke center, TBI, spinal cord injury, or surgical units (brain/spine tumor resections, spinal surgery, head and neck cancer) preferred
  • The position is located on a facility with specialized neurology and surgical services, and no straight nights are scheduled.
  • Candidate has confirmed they can start on the requested date and have explored housing options in the area.
