Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering reliable guidance and support. Educate customers on the features and benefits of various insurance plans. Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base through networking, referrals, and professional development. Maintain accurate records of client information, sales activities, and interactions in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations. Ensure clients have a thorough understanding of their policy options and coverage details. Collaborate with team members to identify and address organizational sales goals and objectives. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless client experience during claims or policy updates. Qualifications/Requirements Active Life and Health Insurance Producer license required. Proven experience as an insurance agent, preferably in life and health insurance. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational and time-management capabilities. Proficient in using CRM tools and basic office software. Ability to analyze client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
