Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor

This role is contributing to performing the ELSP 1st shift warehouse work in our Mebane, NC facility. All positions will report and work under the general supervision of a Team Leader and Supervisor. You will be mainly accountable for:

• Receive finished goods, returns, and stock from the factory. Unload and stock incoming materials (up to 40 lbs. repetitively)
• Receive raw materials, chemicals, parts, and other items. Operate forklift/reach truck to put away inventory.
• Must be willing to work the schedule as dictated by the department. Must be willing to work overtime as required with or without prior notice. Must be dependable, reporting to work on time, and ready to work.
• Must be willing to work in a non-temperature environment. Work duties may include walking up to 5 miles daily in a warehouse environment. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the role:

• Immersed in/engaged in/absorbed in/highly skilled in working with multiple departments and work teams.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse environment (self-motivated with a high level of engagement).
• Enhanced knowledge of problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated track record in practical experience with SAP and other applicable software.
• At ease communicating in skills, written and verbal.
