We don’t just move boxes — we build trust, partnerships, and long-term relationships .

We’re growing fast in DFW and looking for a Business Development & Sales Representative whose main mission is simple:

What This Role Is About

This role is not about sitting behind a desk waiting for leads.

You will:

• Generate new business through relationships, networking, and outreach
  
  
• Build partnerships.
• Be the face of Pink Zebra in the community
• Create referral pipelines that drive consistent revenue

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships

• Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and community events

• Follow up with leads and convert them into booked moves

• Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Track activity and results (we care about performance, not micromanagement)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills

• Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and face-to-face networking

• Sales mindset: ownership, urgency, and accountability
  
  
• Self-starter who doesn’t need to be pushed

• Professional, confident, and relationship-oriented

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

• Sales or business development experience is preferred — but hunger and coachability matter more than a resume .
