Physical Therapist - Acute Care

Hours of Work: 8am – 4:30pm Days of Week: Monday–Friday, occasional weekends and occasional 9am – 5:30pm schedule. Job Description In this highly technical, fast‑paced, and rewarding position, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best care for patients. The Physical Therapist I responsibility is to render professional and technical PT to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules process (evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing re‑assessment and discharge planning). Job Requirements Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post‑baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy. Current Basic Life Support Certification. Valid Texas License or Temporary License. 1year licensed PT experience. Job Responsibilities Communicate clearly and openly. Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment.
