Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Wisconsin Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Ability to treat adults across the lifespan with orthopedic and post-operative conditions preferred.
• Client requires flexibility to work across Kenosha North and Midtown locations (split-site assignment).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with documented care plans and functional outcome measures in outpatient settings.
• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems preferred.
