Senior Software Engineer

What You'll Do Architect and develop distributed backend systems that power the platform's AI protection capabilities. Partner with Product, Frontend, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ship end-to-end features from concept to launch. Build enforcement mechanisms for popular AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and other emerging AI services. Create policy management tools that let organisations define and enforce governance rules for AI usage. Build the admin console and tools used daily by enterprise IT and security teams. Design services that collect, process, and surface AI-related audit data across the platform. Work cross-functionally with multiple engineering teams to consolidate AI security signals into a single, unified system. Design for scale‑focusing on performance, reliability, and security across distributed systems. What We're Looking For Proven ability to design scalable APIs and microservices. A passion for crafting elegant products that solve complex customer challenges. Strong communication skills paired with a high sense of ownership and sharp problem‑solving instincts. Solid grounding in software design principles and system architecture. Bonus Points Regularly experiment with AI tools outside of their day‑to‑day work. Have hands‑on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI APIs, or AI‑powered development workflows. Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.
