As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and rehabilitating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders. You will utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Your expertise will ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care, and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support patient progress and outcomes.

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement personalized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
• Document all required information in the electronic documentation system
• Participate in patient care conferences and required meetings
• Supervise and support CFY or Student Speech-Language Pathologists
• Adhere to ASHA and State Required practice acts and ethics
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Active ASHA and State Licensure required
• CCC certification required
