Pharmacy Leadership Position at Saint Francis HospitalCome join our Pharmacy team at Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Of New England!Position PurposeResponsible for providing leadership, oversight, alignment, and standardization for assigned Clinical Pharmacy region/business line. Implements strategic and operational initiatives including new services/programs, revenue enhancement, expense reduction, managed care utilization systems, and strategies. Responsible for Clinical Pharmacy operations and managing and leading professional and/or frontline staff, and/or supervisorsWhat you will doPartner with executive leaders, medical staff, and healthcare team to develop strategy, goals, objectives, and operational standards to ensure services and priority alignmentCollaborate in identifying analytics and metrics to demonstrate baseline and performance improvement targetsManage medication safety measures and efficient integration of Clinical Pharmacy services into operational processesResponsible for identifying and implementing Clinical Pharmacy programs, and drug use improvement initiativesManage training, education, coaching, and assessment of pharmacist competenciesMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy- PharmD, MBA preferredFive (5) years of pharmacist experience including three (3) years of pharmacy management responsibilitiesCT and MA Pharmacist licenses or the ability to obtain state licensure in practice/employment within 120 days of hire.Proven leadership skills in relationship to motivating and empowering staffPosition HighlightsFull time 40hrs M-F daysExcellent benefits - starting day 1!Compensation and BenefitsAt Trinity Health Of New England, we understand that the success of our organization is directly related to our hardworking, compassionate, and dedicated colleagues who contribute their time and skills to help transform healthcare.
