Join the Empower Team and you will be set up on a structured and detailed mentorship/leadership program, as well as daily interaction with 7 other friendly PTs with specialties in pelvic floor, and sport and orthopedic backgrounds. In addition to these resources, you will be offered an industry high amount for continuing education and a bonus structure that rewards you for your hard work. Once hired, our providers can become proficient in spinal manipulation and dry needling within 6 months. Our ideal patient is the “Alaskan Athlete”, the individual who loves to be active, enjoy the outdoors, and participates in “Alaska’s Sports”, i.e. fishing, hiking, skiing etc. These patients have a big desire to get back outside and to enjoy the beauty of our state and so they are motivated to work hard and come to their therapy!
