Title: HR Souring Specialist
Location: Salt Lake City, UT. (Onsite role with hybrid possibilities)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract | M-F 8AM-5PM
Location: 1201 S 4800 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84104
Overview
Drive full-cycle recruiting for professional roles in a high-volume environment. Source, screen, and place top talent while partnering with hiring managers on negotiations and strategy.
Core Duties
Post jobs and source candidates via internet searches, databases, networking, and Boolean strings.
Screen, interview, register, and submit candidates to managers.
Negotiate offers, align on salaries, and meet client needs.
Juggle multiple requisitions with pro support for teams.
Champion compensation, development, and EEO initiatives.
Requirements
Mid-level recruiting experience (Recruiter II level).
Expert in sourcing tools, interviews, and multitasking.
Knowledge of pay strategies and diversity practices.
Degree in HR/business a plus.
