Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist

ChristianaCare is seeking a part-time Clinical Pharmacist to join our Inpatient Pharmacy team. In this role, you will provide direct clinical pharmacy services to hospitalized patients, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely medication use. Responsibilities include verifying and dispensing medication orders, performing clinical pharmacotherapy reviews, monitoring drug therapy and labs, and collaborating with physicians and nurses during rounds. You will educate patients on their medications, support antimicrobial stewardship and medication safety initiatives, and document interventions in the electronic health record.
