What You'll Be Doing
• Serving as a friendly and professional point of contact for residents, guests, and prospective residents.
• Answering phone calls, emails, and office inquiries with exceptional customer service.
• Assisting residents with maintenance requests, account questions, and community-related concerns.
• Coordinating with on-site teams to ensure resident issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
• Supporting resident events, communications, and community engagement activities.
• Maintaining accurate resident records and assisting with administrative tasks.
• Helping create a warm, organized, and resident-focused office environment.

What It Takes to Succeed
• Has 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, retail, property management, or a related field.
• Enjoys building relationships and helping others.
• Communicates confidently and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• CRM Knowledge (preferred)
• Has strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Professional and dependable work ethic
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new technology and property management systems
• Passion for delivering great customer experiences

Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout apartment communities
• Ability to tour apartments, model homes, and community amenities
• Ability to use computers and office equipment for extended periods
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs as needed
