We are seeking a Part-time Receptionist and Director of First Impressions to join our Cottonwood area office team. This individual will be the crucial, first point of contact for agents and clients when they call or come to the office. We are looking to fill this position ASAP!

About the Role: Our ideal candidate will be able to work approximately 18 hours per week, including the weekend and two weekdays. You will:

• Work closely with agents and their clients
• Professionally answer phone calls from clients, potential clients, agents, and vendors and take accurate messages when necessary
• Direct calls to the qualifying broker(s) and agents in the office or to their cellular phones when necessary
• Complete tasks, when assigned, in a timely manner
• Process mail, scan, print and/or save documents

About You: detail-oriented, consistent, dedicated, professionally minded and an innate self-starter.

• Self-motivated and friendly with a desire to help others
• Strong communicator with excellent phone skills
• Asks good questions to get the information we need from callers to best assist them
• Willing to take initiative in looking for answers
• Skilled in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with a multi-system phone line, fax, and copiers a plus
• Willing to learn new technology if necessary
• Spanish-speaking is also a plus

Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field is preferred. Professional dress and manner are musts.
