Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) The Legacy at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Boca Raton, FL Full-Time | Part-Time Opportunities Available Competitive Compensation Package The Legacy at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. The SLP will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders while helping residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative healthcare team focused on delivering exceptional resident-centered care. Responsibilities Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals Provide speech therapy services to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive resident outcomes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards Educate residents and families regarding therapy programs and treatment goals Participate in care planning meetings and discharge planning processes Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and procedures Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive therapy environment Qualifications Active Florida Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in good standing Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, or healthcare setting preferred Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Benefits Competitive compensation package Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holiday pay 401(k) retirement plan Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment Why Join Our Team?
