Product Engineer 6 month contract Must be able to work on a W2 On-site in Chandler, AZ

SUMMARY Our client, a medical device company, has engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide an Engineer, Engineering – Individual Contributor. This position will support product transfer projects, collaborating with stakeholders across Product Transfer, Operations, and Divisional teams.

DUTIES / EXPECTATIONS OF ROLE

• Provide engineering support for product transfers, ensuring activities are completed and documented per company procedures.
• Monitor and control project progress, applying engineering principles to maintain quality and timeline.
• Develop manufacturing documentation such as SOPs, DMRs, DHRs, PFMEA, and Process Control Plans.
• Conduct training for operators and sustaining engineers on production processes.
• Write and execute equipment, cleaning, and process validation protocols.
• Ensure process and product quality according to operation and material specifications.
• Investigate yield issues and implement manufacturing improvements.
• Comply with GMP and safety procedures.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience working in team-based settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve complex manufacturing or design issues.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in an FDA-regulated or similarly regulated industry.
• Experience executing equipment and process validations.
