Trillium is seeking a Client Service Associate for an established Wealth Management company in Reno! This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking an experienced Client Service Associate with operations experience in wealth management ideally with a Registered Investment Advisor. This role requires significant client interaction on the phone, virtually, and in person to schedule meetings and follow up with clients regarding operational issues. The candidate is expected to help run day-to-day operations of the firm and support one financial advisor, follow and improve operational workflows in CRM, enter data with a high degree of accuracy, teach clients how to use our technology tools, compliance support. We are looking for a client service star focused on operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Answer the main office phone line to address client issues.
• Scheduling client meetings
• Support advisor with detailed meeting preparation and follow-up tasks
• Data entry for financial plans in eMoney
• Oversee account opening and client onboarding with zero-error data entry
• Process transactions and account actions in Wealthscape, including transfers, new accounts, maintenance, and reporting
• Assist with compliance tasks, documentation reviews, and regulatory process upkeep
• Manage billing activities and support financial data accuracy in QuickBooks
• Oversee client service processes to strengthen responsiveness and satisfaction
• Track and interpret operational metrics to support performance evaluation

This position will be working on-site at the Reno office location from Monday-Friday. The salary range is $100,000-$130,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• Client service and operations experience, preferably with a Registered Investment Advisor
• Proficiency with Box, Wealthscape, Wealthbox, Orion, Holistiplan, eMoney, DocuSign, Office Suite
