Location: Anoka, MN $18.00 $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:30 AM 4:00 PM | Overtime when needed

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional education or training in sales, business, communications, marketing, or customer service is beneficial.

Experience Requirements:

• Previous customer service, call center, administrative support, or office experience preferred.
• Strong computer, data entry, and organizational skills.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls is a plus.

Job Duties:

• Serve as a Client Experience Specialist by providing exceptional customer care to homeowners throughout the restoration process.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients, vendors, and insurance adjusters.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate job information within company software systems.
• Provide customer support by explaining services, timelines, project updates, and next steps.
• Assist with claims support activities, including coordinating paperwork between clients, insurance carriers, and field crews.
• Follow up with leads and clients to maintain strong client relations and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks in a fast-paced team environment.

Physical Capabilities:

• Primarily office-based position.
• Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
