About Ritmo
Ritmo is a daily donation app, live now (joinritmo.com). You get 3 causes a day - matched to what you care about (Animals, environment, education and many others), pick one, tap once, done in about ten seconds. Giving starts at 50 cents a day and goes straight to verified nonprofits. We're a small team building our audience in the US, and social is where that growth comes from.
The role
You'll own the day-to-day running of Ritmo's Instagram and TikTok - planning, scheduling, posting, and keeping the accounts active and growing. This is a doing role, not a strategy-deck role.
You'll:
- Plan and post across Instagram and TikTok, keeping a steady content pipeline across formats (short video, carousels, whatever's working)
- Spot trends and cultural moments we can jump on fast - this is where organic reach comes from
- Make some content yourself and brief out the rest to our creators
- Help grow Ritmo's US TikTok audience
- Work directly with our founder-led marketing team for approvals and ideation support
You're a fit if you
- Live on Instagram and TikTok and can tell what's about to trend
- Can make decent short-form content fast (phone-shot is fine)
- Like the idea of making donating feel easy instead of heavy

- Remote, roughly 2-4 hours a day, ongoing - flexible around your studies
- Paid: $100/week to start while we both see how it's working, with room to grow the scope and pay as you take on more creator management
- US-focused work, so US culture fluency matters more than location
