Job Overview Part‑time Registered Nurse (RN) in an Observation Unit at Atrium Health Behavioral Health, Charlotte, NC. Hours: 24 per week, covering two 12‑hour shifts (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.) with some weekend rotation every 3‑4 weekends. Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour. This position is eligible for a sign‑on bonus. Responsibilities As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skilled communication, you will lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Behavioral Health experience preferred.
