We are seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in defining and enhancing the visual identity across all customer touchpoints. About the Role

As a key member of a collaborative and fast-paced creative team, you will be instrumental in bringing the brand's vision to life. You will contribute to the conceptualization and execution of visually compelling assets, working closely with cross-functional partners to translate strategic objectives into inspiring design solutions. Your work will span digital, social, print, and in-store environments, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience. This role offers the chance to drive impactful creative projects and contribute fresh ideas that support the ongoing evolution of a beloved brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and creation of a wide range of digital, print, and in-store creative assets, including campaign layouts, engaging social content, impactful email designs, and compelling retail signage.
• Prepare and deliver production-ready files for both digital and print channels, meticulously ensuring all design deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and in strict adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, and marketing teams to transform brand strategy and marketing objectives into cohesive and integrated campaign concepts.
• Actively contribute fresh and innovative creative ideas during brainstorming sessions, supporting the continuous evolution and strengthening of the brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Effectively manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, demonstrating high attention to detail and consistently meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4+ years of robust design experience gained within a creative agency or a fast-paced in-house brand environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, with a proven ability to leverage these tools for high-quality output.
• Demonstrated mastery of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across both print and digital formats. A strong portfolio is essential, showcasing conceptual design, robust brand systems, and multi-format execution.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, coupled with the agility to work effectively both independently and as an integral part of a cross-functional team.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with After Effects or other animation/motion design software is a strong plus.
