Relationship Banker

Responsibilities Respond to customer needs accurately and timely, leveraging available resources. Evaluate client needs and offer appropriate financial products and services, building and deepening relationships through needs-based conversations. Perform routine teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments. Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other bank initiatives to enhance Banking Center growth and profitability. Achieve or exceed individual and team sales, service, and operational goals. Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations and bank policies and procedures. Meet or exceed branch audit and operations evaluation requirements. Skills and Abilities Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and extended hours. Willingness to travel to alternate Banking Centers if required. Self‑starter and highly motivated. Working knowledge of all products and services. Current understanding of systems used for branch transaction processing. Strong customer service skills and ability to support teamwork, creating a positive working environment. Education Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or Associate’s Degree preferred. Experience Qualifications 3–4 years of customer service and needs‑based banking sales experience preferred. Compensation The estimated salary range is $19.50 USD to $23.00 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for incentive compensation.
