Lease-Up Maintenance Supervisor - North Austin Full Time Technical 3 days ago Requisition ID: 5121 Job Posting: Maintenance Supervisor Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Supervisor. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will contribute to increasing retention rates and occupancy percentages by maintaining and improving the physical property. Responsibilities Ensure compliance within the maintenance team. Improve processes and find efficiencies in workflow. Troubleshoot and implement cost saving techniques and recommend improvements. Lead in the management, training and retention of quality employees. Consistently review pending work orders and allocate the mappropriately. Maintain monthly and yearly budget overages. Facilitate property maintenance issues, including scheduling regular maintenance and repair, negotiating contracts with vendors and conducting property inspections. Review turns and make readyschedule and delegate work to proper workgroups. Qualifications Proven experience in Property Maintenance Three years’ experience as a Manager/Supervisor HVAC certified Pool certification High school diploma or equivalent, preferred Valid Driver’s License Required Testing Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR Position Type Hourly Rate Full-time Competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k) Position Location Austin, 78751/TX ; Reporting: direct to Community Manager.
