Duration: Long-Term Contract
Location: Sacramento CA – can be remote too but people from Pacific Time Zone.
Note from client: looking for someone with more Saviynt and consulting knowledge.
We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead with 15+ years of IAM experience to architect, lead, and deliver large‑scale IAM programs for enterprise clients. The role focuses on designing and implementing global Saviynt solutions, leading delivery teams, and driving successful client outcomes.
This is a hands‑on consulting role requiring strong solution architecture skills, delivery leadership, and the ability to build trusted executive‑level relationships.
Core IAM Expertise
• Minimum of 10+ years of IAM experience with deep hands-on and architectural knowledge
• Strong experience in Saviynt (IGA, PAM, CIEM) with global or complex deployments
• Knowledge of Entra ID, CyberArk, and other IAM/AM platforms
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with HR systems, directories, cloud services, and business apps Architecture & Delivery Excellence
• Proven ability to architect IAM solutions across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments
• Demonstrated leadership delivering large IAM transformation programs
• Strong coordination skills across engineering, architecture, and operations teams Business & Consulting Acumen
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience supporting pre‑sales, solution design, and proposal development
• Understanding of regulatory standards and IAM governance models Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in Saviynt, Microsoft EntraID, or CyberArk
• Experience working with global delivery teams
• Knowledge of emerging IAM trends such as ITDR and identity analytics Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Independent ownership mindset with proactive improvement attitude.
• Experience working directly with vendors and vendor support teams. Nice to have skills:
