Contract Physical Therapist — SNF/LTC, Licensed PT

Centra Healthcare Solutions

Centra Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in Cleburne, TX. The PT will provide skilled therapy services, develop and adjust plans of care, and collaborate with the care team to meet patient goals. Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, current TX PT license or in process, and CPR certification.
