Operations Maintenance Coordinator

Opportunity The Operations Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating maintenance jobs between operations and maintenance for weekly and downtime schedules. Collaborating primarily with the paper machine and maintenance personnel, they manage the cost of storeroom purchases and ensure alignment between department maintenance needs and budget requirements. Responsibilities Management of preventative, routine, and scheduled downtime maintenance schedules. Safety/Housekeeping Performance Management. Cost Management. Cross department collaboration. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Extensive knowledge of papermaking and the papermaking process. Troubleshooting/failure analysis. Organizational skills. Computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Project, etc.). Effective listener and communicator. Start to finish task management. Critical learning experiences: More than 5 years, up to 10 years of experience.
