Job Description
Food Preparation: Prepare grab & go and a la cart food, ensuring adherence to recipes,
presentation standards and food safety protocols.
• Quality Control: Monitor product quality and presentation, ensuring that all prepared foods meet
the business's standards.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the kitchen and prep areas are clean and organized, following health
and safety guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Prepared Foods Lead and Ownership to ensure the successful
rollout of Acton Coffee’s prepared foods program.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers. The position will be cross trained on
the “register” position which includes taking customer orders, accepting payment, brewing coffee
and preparing basic beverages.
• Cleaning: Do dishes and engage in cleaning projects
