We are looking for a Home Care Aide to join our team! You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes.


You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care, but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs.


Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Health Care experience a plus.

Responsibility:

• Total Care is required, need assistance with showers (safety concerns)
• To assist the client with meal prep. (breakfast, lunch & dinner) medication reminder, light housekeeping, laundry (bed linen also), errands/shopping and doctor's appointments
• Also need assistance while walking and bathing for safety purposes (provide privacy)

The preferred schedule is- Monday and Saturday (10am to 8pm) Tuesday through Friday (10am to 7pm) No Sunday's
This is a part-time position
