Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation of Amazon Europe site new product listing work and site advertising promotion and optimization work;
- Understand product performance and market trends through data analysis and market research, and make corresponding operational strategies and decisions;
- Through page optimization, increase sales, achieve sales targets;
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, make delivery and stock plan, ensure adequate product supply, avoid inventory overstock or out of stock;
- Deal with customer problems and complaints, optimize page information, provide good customer experience, solve after-sales problems.
- Cooperate with European partners to create the platform entry process and commercial service products in line with domestic cross-border e-commerce sellers.
- Effectively solve various problems encountered by Chinese sellers in expanding the European market, and find practical and effective ways to solve the pain points of sellers;
- Assist the company in the European localization process required by the market contact, channel promotion and other matters;
