Develops and reviews the organization's policies, practices, and guidelines. Assists in protecting the organization's legal interest and maintaining its operations within the scope established by law. Provides counsel to senior leadership. Identifies and analyzes legal issues, drafts key documents, presents clear recommendations to top management, and assures legal compliance. Assists or represents the organization in business negotiations. Required Qualifications Required education and experience: J.D. Degree and 10-12 years' experience Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Other: State Bar membership required Preferred Qualifications Knowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
