PURPOSE

The Human Resources Manager will fulfill an all-inclusive generalist support role. This position will provide hands-on partnership in the areas of operations, employee relations, labor relations, training and development, employee engagement, recruiting and staffing, change management, and organizational dynamics. The HR Manager will be instrumental in initiating and driving HR programs that add value to the organization and are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to the efficient Masis operations by performing their duties accurately and in a timely manner.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

· Work closely with the HR Team and Operations to drive high standards of compliance in all departments. Draft, Collaborate, and Publish competent Standard Operation Procedures for all areas of the company.

· Responsible for supporting HR department managing the key HR functions including internal recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance, and talent management.

· Analyze jobs and specifications; benchmark market trends; interpret, execute, and recommend modifications to organizational structure.

· May support outside counseling partners with legal matters. Research, discovery, and record keeping.

· Administer benefits programs for specific client groups and keep compliant timely filing according to federal and state regulations.

· Ensure compliance with local legislation and regulations and corporate governance structure. Deliver training to specific client groups, internal employees, and on-assignment workforce.

· Implement and ensure compliance with policies, practices, and legal requirements. Will conduct internal audits, as necessary.

· Accelerate Masis Staffing Solutions progress toward a “best in class” talent acquisition and staffing function that is both effective and efficient.

· Possess the ability to lead and manage multiple projects that will help the HR function continue to evolve.

· Collaborate with the HR team to define and oversee incentive programs that inspire high performance and competitiveness across the workforce.

· Implement and maintain compliance with all federal and state labor laws.

· Strong HRIS and computer skills required: MS Word, Excel, and Power-Point. Use of social platforms. Demonstrated ability to maintain focus and overcome obstacles to meet goals and objectives.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related Business field is required.
• SHRM SPC or PC certification or HR related professional credential is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional HR generalist experience is required, including at least three years in a Project Manager capacity supporting multiple functional groups in multiple locations.
• Must have the ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be an achiever who is competitive, yet team focused with a strategic service approach.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable State and Federal regulations and general business practices required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills required.
• Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills required.
• Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Routine office environment and various customer location visits. May require extended daily work schedule, occasional weekends, and travel.
