Join the Corporate Claims department as an OS&D Clerk Level I.

The Casual Check In/Check Out Clerk position involves checking in Driver bills and delivery receipts, scan and enter the details into the database.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtain required bills and delivery receipts from Drivers.
• Enter information from the bills and delivery receipts into the database.
• Report any over, short or damaged notations on the bills or delivery receipts to the Operations Dept.
• Work closely with Drivers, Dispatch and Operations.
• Use information to answer questions and problems as they arise.

• General office duties and other duties as assigned.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• No experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with challenging or difficult customer situations and resolve issues successfully.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong PC proficiency and experience using MS Office products.
• AS400 experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• H.S. diploma or GED/equivalent required.
