IT AdministratorOur client, a leader in their industry, is searching for an IT Administrator to join their team.This position will install and maintain computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality. The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.Responsibilities:Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)Check computer hardware (printers, scanners, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionalityInstall and configure appropriate software and functions according to specificationsDevelop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performanceEnsure security and privacy of networks and computer systemsProvide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipmentOrganize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their workPerform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance scheduleIdentify equipment shortages and place ordersWebsite editing and updatingManaging, designing, and sending mass email communicationsRequirements:Strong knowledge of many operating systems (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android)Familiar with computer hardware (installing computers)Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication abilityOutstanding organizational and time-management skillsIn depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networksClient is ready to interview immediately.
