Veterinary Technician

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and team-orientated person to add to our existing team to provide high quality veterinary medical services and customer service. We are seeking employees able to work: Both full-time and part-time Opening and closing shifts Business hours are 8 AM to 6 PM Mondays - Fridays, scheduled hours may vary This position requires a commitment to work on Saturdays Business hours are 9 AM to 2 PM Saturdays, scheduled hours may vary Open availability preferred Salary / Pay Type: Based on experience Benefits (for full and part time employees): Health insurance (full-time employees eligible after 90 day probationary period) Paid time off (full-time employees eligible after 90 day probationary period) Dental Insurance(full-time employees eligible after 90 day probationary period) Vision Insurance(full-time employees eligible after 90 day probationary period) Employee Discounts(full-time and part-time employees eligible after 90 day probationary period) Your duties as a veterinary technician would include, but not limited to: client education answering multiple phone lines client care assisting doctors in surgery general cleaning and pet care running labs including, but not limited to: fecal tests blood work heartworm tests ear cytologies urine tests blood draws & placing catheters knowledge of veterinary protocols and products Duties may also include working in all areas of the hospital when needed This position is open to individuals who enjoy working with companion animals and their owners, in a professional, challenging and focused environment.
