Benefits Paid Relocation Sign on bonus with experience Five Day Workweek A Great Working Environment Comprehensive Training & Advancement Opportunities Pinnacle Awards Program Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life & Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Employee Vehicle Purchase Program Guaranteed Pay Required Qualifications Professional Appearance Positive & Friendly Attitude Interpersonal Communication Skills Basic Computer Skills High School Diploma or Equivalent Driver’s License or Passport Experience working on Ford vehicles is necessary Responsibilities and Duties Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
