Position Highlights

• Hospital-employed OB/GYN practice
• 1:10 shared call rotation
• Flexible 4 or 4.5-day workweek
• Physician autonomy to shape your patient panel and workflow
• Dedicated OR block time with access to four operating rooms
• Collaborative team of 14 providers , including OB/GYN physicians and Family Medicine physicians practicing obstetrics
• Access to a Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system
• New medical office buildings opening in 2026
• Strong clinical support staff and efficient workflows

Compensation & Benefits

• 525,000 guaranteed salary
• Up to 100,000 sign-on bonus
• Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement
• CME allowance and malpractice coverage

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN
• Eligible for medical licensure in Iowa
• Committed to providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
