Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist with prior experience in a medical office. Position will cover various locations - West Kendal, South Miami, and Homestead. OB experience preferred. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling phone calls, and ensuring smooth front office operations. English & Spanish a required.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office front desk role - OB exp preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)

Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in patients

Schedule and confirm appointments

Answer phones and route calls appropriately

Verify insurance and collect co-pays

Maintain a clean and organized reception area
