Medical Front Desk Receptionist- Float
We are seeking an experienced, full-time Medical Front Desk Float to join our busy, fast-paced multi-specialty practice, providing front desk support across our office locations based on coverage needs.
Job Summary:
- Patient registration.
- Appointment scheduling.
- Check-in and check-out.
- Answer phones.
- Product/service sales.
Skills:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and upbeat personality.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Ability to multitask.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Training:
- On-the-job training offered.
Requirements:
- Flexible work schedule, with start times as early as 7:45 AM and end times as late as 6:30 PM, based on coverage needs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Travel to all office locations as needed; Danbury, Ridgefield & New Milford.
Schedule:
- MondayFriday, with shifts scheduled between 7:45 AM and 6:30 PM. Work hours vary based on coverage needs.
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $22$26 per hour, based on experience.
- Bonus offered: $500.
