General Dentist – $800 Daily Guarantee or 30%–35% of Production

Saint Johns Dental is seeking a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused General Dentist to join our brand-new practice in Saint Johns, Florida.
Work in a state-of-the-art office featuring brand-new equipment, nine operatories, and an on-site CBCT machine . This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern practice designed to support efficient, high-quality patient care.
Although this location is a startup, it is the owner’s fourth dental practice . The office will benefit from experienced leadership, established systems, and a proven track record of building successful dental practices.

Competitive Compensation

Earn the higher of:
$800 per day guaranteed OR 30%–35% of production
The production percentage will be based on experience and clinical capabilities.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate is confident providing comprehensive general dentistry, presenting treatment plans, and building strong, long-term relationships with patients.

Procedures may include:

• Comprehensive examinations and treatment planning
• Restorative dentistry
• Crown and bridge
• Extractions
• Root canal therapy, depending on experience
• Removable prosthodontics
• Preventive and emergency care
• Other general dental procedures within the provider’s experience and comfort level
  Schedule

We offer flexibility when developing the schedule and are ideally looking for a dentist who can work approximately eight hours per day .
Full-time and part-time candidates may be considered based on availability and experience.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active or eligible Florida dental license
• Current DEA registration, when applicable
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and treatment-presentation abilities
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the dental team
  Experienced dentists are preferred, but motivated candidates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.
