Associate Planning Manager

We are seeking an Associate Planning Manager to join our supply chain network with responsibility for our Green Tree, PA production and raw material planning.  As the Associate Planning Manager, you will optimize planning processes to support delivery, production, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and working capital goals. You will work with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and implement improvements. What’s in it For You:Opportunity for a long-term career path that allows for exposure into all areas of Ecolab’s supply chainAccess to best-in-class resources, tools, and technologyThrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture and has been recognized as one of the most ethical companies in the worldWhat You Will Do: Direct and coach the Material Planning and Scheduling team focused on day-to-day tactical tasksProvide input to the creation of a strategic roadmap and be responsible for execution of TPM pillars and Lean manufacturing, with a focus on continuous improvementOptimize planning processes to support delivery, production, and financial (inventory) goalsWork with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and implement improvementsProvide direction, delegate and remove obstacles to accomplish goalsSupport order prioritization and late order communication to customersEnsure adequate coverage of the department and backup coverageConduct onboarding and cross-training for team membersProvide support as needed to plant operationsFoster a collaborative work environmentOther areas of responsibility could include, but are not limited to, one or more of the following: Sourcing and purchasing goods and services Vendor communicationPurchase order authorization Ensuring adherence to the production schedule Identifying/correcting potential production problemsOrder level servicePlanning for NPIsMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study5 years of Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing experience Experience leading and/or developing othersProficiency with an ERP, advanced planning system, analytical system or equivalentDemonstrated ability to influence and motivate othersLeadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholdersExperience navigating through ambiguous and complex situationsSome experience in resolving conflict situations effectively, with minimal noiseNo immigration sponsorship is available for this rolePreferred QualificationsAdvanced technical or business degreeExperience in operational excellence and project management such as TPM, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, Green Belt, etc.APICS CertificationDirect people management experienceStrong business acumen and experience collaborating with Operations, Marketing and CustomersAnnual or Hourly Compensation RangeThe pay range for this position is $85,900.00 - $128,900.00.
