Oversee implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers. Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment). Supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis. Other typical BCBA activities. Requirements Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field. Active BCBA certification (required). BCa or BBA preferred before starting services. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance. Ability to maintain clean background, drug screening, and driving record.
