This role goes beyond execution; you will design and optimize the cross-functional frameworks between Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance to ensure 100% production readiness.As a Senior Supply Chain Planner, you are the architect of our supply chain resilience. You will balance complex demand-supply variables and drive the evolution of our MRP systems. You sit at the critical intersection of long-term scaling and daily operational excellence, ensuring that our BOM management and inventory strategies are proactive rather than reactive.What you'll own:Supplier Governance: Design the supplier performance management framework; facilitate executive-level scorecard reviews and drive accountability for Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners.Process Architecture: Partner with Product Management to define requirements for ERP/MRP software enhancements, ensuring digital tools scale with physical production.Inventory Strategy: Develop and maintain global site material, hardware, and consumables strategies, utilizing advanced safety stock modeling to minimize carrying costs while eliminating stockouts.Risk Mitigation & Intelligence: Execute high-level risk assessments (PFMEA style) considering geopolitical trends, lead-time volatility, and historical performance to safeguard the production line.Executive Communication: Serve as the primary point of escalation for critical supply constraints, providing data-driven recovery plans and status updates to senior leadership.Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive Lean or Six Sigma projects to reduce waste in the dock-to-stock cycle and improve overall inventory accuracy.What you'll bring to the team:Experience: 5+ years of progressive supply chain planning experience in a high-growth manufacturing environment (Aerospace, Automotive, or Semiconductor preferred).Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
