Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy assistant services under PT supervision to LTAC residents, following established treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, gait training, functional mobility activities, and transfers as directed.
- Monitor patient responses to interventions, document progress, and communicate updates to the supervising PT.
- Assist with equipment setups, modalities, positioning, and safety measures to support rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, nursing staff, and other rehabilitation team members to coordinate care.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control, privacy, and professional standards of practice.

Requirements
- Ability to work in a long-term care / LTAC setting and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to support care planning and documentation.
- Availability to work the scheduled 08:00–16:30 shifts and maintain reliability on assignment.
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week temporary assignment.
- Eligibility to work in the United States as a traveling healthcare professional.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and adherence to the PT assistant scope of practice.
