Job Title: Case Manager Job Location: In-office, Daytona Beach, FL Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Handles approximately 100 cases under the direction of Supervisor Communicates with Clients, Adjuster and Medical providers on a daily basis Obtains and prepares insurance documents Initiating claims, obtain adjuster information Bonus points if you have experience writing Demands. Conducts recorded statements, when necessary Additional duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications & Requirements: Florida Notary Commission, preferred Associate’s degree or certification in Paralegal studies, or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills, including compassion and empathy Excellent understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems Ability to learn and adhere to the Policies and Procedures set forth by the Firm Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google products, required Salary Range: Competitive #J-18808-Ljbffr
