License: Missouri nursing license required. Certifications: BLS and phlebotomy required. Must-Have: One year of home care experience required. Must have orthopedic experience. Description: The registered nurse will provide home health care services to patients. The average number of visits per day is 5-20. Visits may include wound care, IV therapy, and post-surgical assessments. Patient education on medications and care will also be provided. Skills in admission assessments, discharges, and phlebotomy are necessary. The nurse will be expected to manage peripheral IVs and central lines. There will be on-call requirements after hours and every third to fourth weekend. Clinical judgment and customer service excellence are essential in this role. The position involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. The registered nurse will be assigned to a designated territory to ensure efficient patient care. Mileage reimbursement will be provided for work-related travel.
